Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2027 – No School
Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2027 – No School
Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2027 will be observed on Monday, January 18, 2027. In observance of the federal holiday, Franklin Academy will be closed, and there will be no school for all students.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day honors the life, legacy, and lasting impact of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose leadership, courage, and commitment to equality and justice continue to inspire generations. We encourage students and families to take time to reflect on his message of service, compassion, and respect for others.
Classes will resume on the next scheduled school day. We look forward to welcoming students back to campus as we continue an engaging and successful 2026–2027 school year.
