Cross-Grade Mentorship & Leadership
One of the greatest advantages of the Franklin Academy community is our seamless K-12 structure. We actively foster cross-grade interactions that build empathy and leadership. High school students engaged in our Research & Innovation programs frequently serve as mentors to middle school STEM clubs, while middle schoolers organize reading buddies programs with our elementary Trilingual Immersion students. This creates a deeply connected, family-like atmosphere where every younger student has a role model, and every older student learns the value of responsibility.
